Bulk Lead Qualification

Our bulk lead qualification tool allows you to upload CSV or Excel files containing email addresses for batch processing. This is ideal for qualifying existing contact lists or enhancing new lead data with company intelligence.

How to Qualify a Lead List

Step 1: Prepare Your File

  • Create a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file with your email addresses
  • Ensure your file has a header row with at least one column containing email addresses
  • Each row should represent one lead or contact

Step 2: Upload Your File

  1. Log in to your Fuego account at app.fuegoverify.com
  2. Navigate to the “Bulk Qualification” section
  3. Click “Upload New List”
  4. Select your prepared file
  5. Choose the column that contains email addresses
  6. Click “Start Qualification”

Step 3: Review Results

Once qualification is complete, you’ll receive:

  • A summary of your qualification results
  • A downloadable report with detailed results for each lead
  • Domain intelligence for each qualified email

Understanding Your Report

The qualification report includes:

  • Email: The original email address
  • Valid Format: Whether the email format is syntactically valid
  • Valid MX: Whether the domain has valid MX records
  • Free: Whether the email uses a free provider
  • Disposable: Whether the email uses a disposable service
  • Did You Mean: Suggested correction for potential typos
  • Domain Insight: Detailed company information including:
    • Organization name
    • Industry
    • Company size
    • Location
    • Stock ticker (if applicable)

  • Only process opt-in email lists you have permission to use
  • Segment your leads based on qualification results
  • Use domain intelligence to prioritize high-value contacts
